Emergency assistance for residence permits - employees, relatives

Are you an employee or family member who does not have a sufficiently valid residence permit and urgently need help in an emergency?

Description

Please do not come without an appointment! There are no appointments or waiting cards on site. New appointments are released Monday to Friday in the morning and at midday 10 minutes before the start of opening hours. Appointments for the following week appear in the booking system throughout the week. If you cannot get an appointment online, please call our service telephone to make an appointment.

Asylum procedure

Are you in an ongoing or finalised asylum procedure, entitled to asylum, a refugee or entitled to subsidiary protection?

Then you can come to the Servicepoint at Ruppertstraße 19 (Entrance A) in area 21 on the 2nd floor in emergencies without an appointment:

You belong to the following groups of people and are a foreign national:

  • Employees with vocational training
  • Other employees (such as volunteers or au pairs)
  • Family members of the above-mentioned groups of people
  • Family members of persons entitled to asylum, refugees and subsidiary protection
  • Persons with permanent residence permits

No. You can make an appointment to extend your residence permit by sending us your application for extension via our online services or by post.

No. You can send documents via our online form or by post. You can also drop documents in our letterbox at Ruppertstraße 19, Entrance A.

No. No other services (e.g. change of job or the issue/renewal of a residence permit) are processed at the emergency counter. This is only possible via our online services or by post.
