Course description

In Munich, the Lower Building Supervisory Authority is part of the Local Building Commission (LBK).

Before submitting a building application, you can obtain information on your questions at the LBK advice centre.

Required documents

The prerequisite for a legally secure approval notice is a building application with complete documentation.

Please submit the building application digitally. You can find more information here. Otherwise you have the following options:

• At the Department of Urban Planning and Building Regulations, Blumenstraße 28b: The letterbox is located at the side entrance in the street Unterer Anger under the arcades. This option is only suitable for envelopes of normal letterbox size.
• The official letterbox of the City of Munich is available for applications with a deadline that must be submitted at short notice:
