You can obtain the previous licence plate number or the ZBII number from your lessor or your dealer.
Questions & Answers
You can obtain this from your dealer or from your leasing or financing bank.
This is not possible for data protection reasons.
Either we have not yet received your ZBII or the retention period has already expired and your ZBII has been returned.
Please enquire with your leasing or financing bank or your dealer. It usually takes a few days for us to receive your ZBII.
