Acceptance of temporary structures

Temporary structures must obtain a construction licence before being erected for the first time. As a rule, the installation must be notified at least one week in advance.

Description

The authority decides whether to carry out an acceptance test. The inspections by experts stipulated in the construction licence are a prerequisite for the acceptance test. A date for the acceptance test must be agreed with the competent authority in good time. The installation must be completed by then.

Required documents

  • Display form
  • Site plan on a scale of 1:1000
  • Seating plan (from 400 guest places)
  • Original inspection logbook upon request, but no later than the acceptance date
  • Further documents in individual cases after consultation

Fees

Acceptance for use is subject to a fee. The fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis according to the expense and importance of the matter.
