Registration - Comprehensive school (WBG)

At the comprehensive school, your child can achieve the secondary school leaving certificate, the intermediate secondary school leaving certificate and the scientific-technological upper secondary school leaving certificate.

Description

The Willy Brandt Comprehensive School (WBG) is a special kind of school. At the WBG, your child can achieve the secondary school leaving certificate, the intermediate secondary school leaving certificate and the upper secondary school leaving certificate in science and technology.

From Year 5 to Year 7, all pupils attend the same class (core group). From Year 8 onwards, the pupils decide which qualification they want to achieve:

  • the secondary school leaving certificate
  • the Realschulabschluss or
  • the upper secondary school leaving certificate in the science and technology track. In this case, pupils attend the Willi-Graf-Gymnasium from Year 11 onwards.

The school is an all-day school, which means that lessons and extracurricular activities take place throughout the day.

The enrolment date for Year 5 at Willy Brandt Comprehensive School is 2 May (2 to 6 p.m.) and 3 May 2024 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Further information can be found on the school's homepage and in the enrolment brochure under Links and Downloads.

Prerequisites

  • You live in the City of Munich and
  • Your child has successfully completed the 4th grade of a primary school.

Group B: 90 places (30 %) for pupils with a grade point average of 2.66

Group C: 90 places (30 %) for pupils with a grade point average of 3.00 and 3.33
