Talents hold a university degree from abroad – with or without professional experience. They are either working in a role for which they are overqualified, not working in their chosen profession, or are currently seeking employment. Their degrees are in the fields of economics, engineering, law, psychology, business studies, social sciences, humanities or similar disciplines. Scroll down for the ‘Requirements’.
Experts are volunteers from sectors similar to those of our Talents – with at least three years’ professional experience in Germany, and ideally with a background in migration.
