Apply for a certificate of seclusion

The creation of residential and partial ownership requires entry in the land register. This requires a certificate of completion with partition plans.

Description

The local building commission is responsible as the lower building supervisory authority. It certifies that the partition plan corresponds to the approved building plans.

Special property can be certified as self-contained if the rooms that make up the individual special property are permanently physically separated from other flats, other rooms and the common property. Free access to the respective separate property must be guaranteed at all times.

  • Site plan at a scale of 1:1000
  • all floor plans of the building, including unfinished attic rooms and attics at a scale of 1:100
  • Views and sections at a scale of 1:100

Depending on the procedure, 25 to 150 euros per condominium unit.
