If you want to construct a well to water your private garden with the groundwater, you must notify us at least one month in advance.

Description

If the work is not prohibited within one month of receipt of the notification with complete documentation, the project may commence in accordance with the planning submitted.

The use of groundwater via the constructed garden well is not subject to authorisation.
