Parking permit for social services

People and organisations that care for people in need of care can apply for an exemption permit for parking.

Description

New applicationIf you are dependent on parking concessions for your work in caring for people in need of assistance in order to park your vehicle at the place of use, you can apply for a special permit. We can enter up to three vehicles in this licence. The same vehicle can be entered in several parking permits. The permit is only valid for the vehicle in which it is displayed when parking.

TransferIf your vehicles or licence plates change, you can apply for a transfer of the parking permit for the remaining term

Renewal

You should apply for an extension approximately 6 weeks before your parking licence expires. Again, we require a complete application. Unfortunately, automatic renewal is not possible.

Prerequisites

The social service (association/ organisation/ company) is dependent on parking facilities to carry out ongoing care tasks for the patient.

Required documents

You must upload the following documents for the online application (new application or extension).

  • Proof of the assistance or care activity (e.g. licence or care contract from the care insurance fund)
  • For each vehicle: copy of the registration certificate part I (vehicle licence)

You must upload the following documents for the online application for a change of registration.

  • Per vehicle: Copy of the registration certificate part I (vehicle registration document)
  • Picture of the completely torn through current parking licence

Duration & Costs

Processing time

If all the necessary documents are submitted, the application will generally be processed within three working days of receipt. If you submit your application online, we will send you an application confirmation by e-mail immediately after your application has been processed, which will be tolerated by the supervisory staff for a maximum of one week.

Fees

  • valid for 12 months: 30 euros
  • valid for 24 months: 60 euros

Rewrite parking permit for the remaining term: 10 Euro

The parking permit is only valid for parking at the place of work during working hours.
