Description

The following information is provided:

  • Information on the groundwater level for construction projects
  • Information on the subsoil properties of the ground for construction projects
  • Information on the flood level for the assessment of water damage in cellars
  • Groundwater data for the installation of a heat pump or geothermal probe
  • Information on groundwater levels to assess the utilisation of service or cooling water
  • Information on the chemical composition of the groundwater
  • Information on the direction of groundwater flow

Requests for groundwater data must be made in writing. Groundwater information cannot be obtained by telephone!

Required documents

  • Information on the location of the property (street, house number)
  • Billing address (postal address)
  • Date of birth (for enquiries from private individuals)

Normally 3 working days

Fees

The information is billed according to individual items. The fees for the individual items range from 5 euros to 40 euros and are totalled according to the number of enquiries.

A request for three water levels (most recent values, records over several years and location of the specified measuring points) costs a flat rate of 30 euros for private individuals. Additional information, statements and customised reports are charged on a time basis.
