Self-employed / freelance non-medical health professionals in the city of Munich must immediately notify the responsible health authority (in the city of Munich: Health Department, Department of Hygiene and Environmental Medicine).

A confirmation of registration will be issued on request.

  • Identity card / passport
  • Certificate of authorisation to use the professional title (original or certified copy)
  • Proof of the existence of liability insurance (copy)
