Driver card

Anyone driving a vehicle with a digital tachograph for the commercial transport of passengers or goods must be in possession of a driver card.

Competent authority

Description

The necessary tachograph cards (driver cards, company cards, workshop cards) are issued in Bavaria exclusively by DEKRA Automobil GmbH and TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH.

Extension of temporary driving licence classes

The driving licences for HGVs (C classes) and buses (D classes) are only valid for a limited period. You must apply to us for an extension in good time.
