Prerequisites
- The application for the transfer of a taxi or hire car licence has been approved
- The vehicle is registered to the new company at its registered office as a taxi or hire car
- The vehicle is fully equipped as a taxi or hire car and you can present a test report on a technical inspection in accordance with the Ordinance on the Operation of Motor Vehicle Operators in Passenger Transport (BOKraft).
Required documents
- Identity card or passport
- Extract from the commercial register
- Registration certificate part I (vehicle licence)
- Licence certificate and extract from the licence certificate of the previous company
- Proof of the main inspection
- Test report on a technical inspection within the meaning of the Ordinance on the Operation of Motor Vehicle Operators in Passenger Transport (BOKraft)
- Fully completed business registration or business re-registration form
