Course description

Open-ended driving licences issued between 1 January 1999 and 18 January 2013 must be exchanged by 19 January 2033 at the latest.

In order to organise the exchange as orderly as possible, a graduated system has been introduced. The date by which you must exchange your driving licence depends on the date of issue.

You will find the date of issue on the front of your driving licence under number 4a.

you are registered with your main residence in Munich and have an open-ended card driving licence issued between 1 January 1999 and 18 January 2013.
