Course description

The Bayerische Landesbodenkreditanstalt provides low-interest loans to middle-income households for the purchase of residential property.

Bavarian interest subsidy programme

  • Loan amount: 15,000 euros; up to a maximum of 30% of the total costs
  • Occupancy commitment: according to the fixed-interest period
  • Fixed interest rate: 10 or 15 years
  • Repayment: 2% annually plus the interest saved from the 2nd year of the loan term

Prerequisites

  • You have a medium income. You can find the current income limits and allowances in this overview.
  • The property is located in the Munich city area.
  • Your household must have at least 15% of the total costs in equity capital available.
  • You must be able to bear the burden of the property purchase in the long term.
  • The size of the property must be suitable for your household.

Required documents

  • valid reservation of a property for sale in the city of Munich
  • Information on purchase price / costs of the property
  • Exposé / floor plans of the property
  • Information on the amount of available equity
  • Proof of income for the last 12 months
