Objection to health, long-term care or accident insurance

If you wish to appeal against your health, accident, long-term care insurance or severe disability, you can make an appointment for a personal consultation.

We will be happy to answer your questions

  • on the decision issued by the respective insurance provider, including its review
  • on other possible legal remedies against decisions of your health and long-term care insurance, statutory accident insurance and on the law on severely disabled persons
  • on the admissibility and justification of appeals, including the filing of appeals
  • on applying for access to files

We will be happy to check the decision against which you wish to lodge an appeal in advance.

Prerequisites

  • You must live or work in Munich.
  • You must appear in person to register your objection, as we require your signature.

Required documents

  • Identity card or passport
  • Notification of benefits or other assessment notices
  • Further evidence in support of the objection (if available)
  • If you are unable to come yourself, a person authorised in writing can obtain the requested information or documents and lodge an objection.
