Passenger and goods transport - document amendment or replacement
For the transport of passengers or goods requiring a licence, you will need a permit. You must report any changes, loss or theft to us immediately.
Description
If you change your place of business, you must submit the documents in advance, as they still need to be checked before the certificates are issued.
Required documents
- Identity card or passport
- Extract from the commercial register (for legal entities)
- Licence certificate and extract from the licence certificate (if available)
- Fully completed business re-registration form (for change of address or change of company structure)
- For name changes: Certificates from the registry office
- Registration certificate for change of residence
- Proof of the registered office. Either through proof of ownership or a tenancy agreement. If it is a residential tenancy agreement, you must submit the landlord's consent for (partial) commercial use. If there is a subletting relationship, you must submit the main tenancy agreement and, if applicable, the landlord's consent to subletting.
