Sales stand for home-made arts and crafts
Anyone wishing to operate a sales stand for self-made artistic or handicraft items requires a special use permit.
Course description
Stall locations: A permit can only be issued for one of these four locations:
- Weinstraße (opposite house numbers 9–12)
- Schützenstraße 1 (north-east or east side)
- Petersplatz 1 (south or south-east side of Peterskirche)
- Sendlinger-Tor-Platz
A maximum area of 15 square metres may be used for sales. Lottery: The special use permits for the four locations are each awarded for a period of one week. A lottery is held every Monday, in which all pre-approved applicants may take part. You must attend the Department for District Standards in person for the draw.
Time: Mondays at 9.30 am (except on public holidays, in which case it takes place on the following working day) Location: Department for District Standards, Tal 31, Room 201 (2nd floor)
Before taking part in the draw for the first time, the arts and crafts items must be presented to the Department for District Standards in Mitte for assessment. Please email bi-mitte.kvr@muenchen.de to arrange an appointment.
Prerequisites
You produce the items (in whole or in part) directly at the sales stand.
