How do I contact the specialist centre for the prevention of homelessness?
Use the "Social community centre search" to find the social community centre responsible for you. Describe your concerns either by telephone on the number given there or in person. In both cases, you will first reach the information desk of the social community centre, which will then refer you to the specialist centre.
Will the city take over my rent debts?
Within the legal framework, it is possible for rent debts to be taken over, usually as a loan.
What happens if the tenancy cannot be maintained?
If you are unable to find a new flat or place to stay, you may be placed in a facility run by the City of Munich's homeless assistance system.
Will I receive further help if the tenancy has been maintained?
Yes, there is the possibility of aftercare following successful retention of the tenancy. This is also initiated by the specialist centres on request.
