Driver qualification certificate (FQN)

If you work in the transport of goods or passengers on public roads, you need a basic qualification and regular further training.

Description

The driver qualification certificate (FQN) is proof of the acquisition of the basic qualification, the acquisition of the accelerated basic qualification or the completion of further training (Section 7 (1) of the Professional Driver Qualification Act - BKrFQG) and has replaced the entry of the key number 95 in the driving licence for applications since 23 May 2021.

The FQN is issued in a card format similar to the driving licence. Information on renewing your temporary driving licence classes.
