Description

Range of tasks of the patient representatives:

  • Help with orientation in the Munich healthcare system
  • Receiving concerns, complaints, praise, suggestions (anonymity guaranteed)
  • Bundling patient concerns (always anonymous, of course)
  • Networking with counselling and complaints offices, patient advocacy facilities, clinics and the City of Munich's Health Advisory Council
  • Report to the city council

If you have any health problems, please contact your family doctor or the family doctor on call service (telephone 116 117). In life-threatening cases, please call the emergency services on the emergency number 112.
