Application for foundation funds - private individual in an emergency situation

Have you been living in Munich for at least a year, are in need and are in an emergency situation? Then you can apply for foundation funds.

Granting individual aid to people in need.

Special contact points

Aid can only be applied for via the social centres.

Prerequisites

All individuals are eligible to apply,

  • who have been registered with their main residence in the city of Munich for at least one year and
  • who are in financial need according to § 53 of the tax code and
  • who are in an acute emergency situation (concrete need).

Support is only possible if all three conditions are met.

Legal basis

Foundation funds are voluntary benefits; there is no legal entitlement to foundation funds.
