Description

Bauzentrum München offers support to condominium owners' associations (WEG) and housing cooperatives, for example in the case of planned refurbishment measures, to avoid and resolve conflicts:

  • Advice during discussions and meetings (subject to a charge)
  • Free initial advice on technical issues and support with decision-making processes
  • Paid intensive counselling and legal advice

Duration & Costs

Fees

  • Free initial consultation (maximum duration 30 minutes)
  • On-site basic package:
    240 euros per counsellor including VAT
    and travel / departure (includes two hours of attendance)
  • Each additional hour on site:
    75 euros per counsellor including VAT
  • Please note:
    For more than 60 residential units, two hours of consultation are generally not sufficient
  • Paid intensive consultation at the Munich Building Centre
    (maximum duration 60 minutes):
    60 euros including VAT
  • Chargeable legal advice at the Munich Building Centre
    (duration 20 to 30 minutes):
    60 euros including VAT
