Promotion of intercultural projects

If you are an artist living or working in Munich and are involved in intercultural project work, you can apply for funding

Description

Over 40 per cent of Munich residents bring influences from other countries with them, they are active in associations, are artistically active and enrich cultural life through their commitment. The artistic engagement with topics such as cultural heritage, the realities of the diaspora, migration, intercultural openness, etc. also contributes to the diversity and tolerance of the city's society.

To support such activities, Munich cultural professionals can apply for funding for intercultural projects and events.

As a rule, the application amount varies between a few hundred euros and 10,000 euros.

Funding can be applied for at any time, there are no deadlines. The application should be submitted at least eight weeks before the start of the project. For projects with a longer lead time, you should contact us as early as possible.
