Reporting traffic light faults

Have you discovered a fault at a traffic light or street lamp? Then please report your observation to us using the contact options provided.

Description

If you notice a fault or technical defect in a street light or traffic light, you can report this via the "Bei Anruf Licht!" service telephone, by e-mail or online viamachmuenchenbesser.de.

When reporting, please always state the exact location of the fault and the pole number of the traffic light or street lamp. The pole number can be found on the pole of the traffic light or street lamp. It is very helpful to give the name of the street with the house number or the names of the intersecting streets.

General questions about traffic lights and street lighting can be answered by the Civil Engineering Department, Street Lighting and Traffic Control Technology Division.

In the case of traffic lights, please indicate the intersecting roads or a description of the location as precisely as possible.

by reporting a faulty traffic light or street lamp, you can take part in the "Bei Anruf Licht!" prize draw.
As a thank you for your commitment, the building department raffles off cash prizes and non-cash prizes every year.
