An official site plan is required as an enclosure to the building application. The local building commission decides which design is required.

Description

An official site plan is required as an enclosure to the building application. There are three different versions, depending on the type of building project, the local building commission decides which version is required:

  • Map section with neighbours: Owner must be named as the building owner.
  • Official site plan without details of the building department: map, neighbours, monument map, GB encumbrances
  • Official site plan with information from the building department: map, neighbours, monument map, GB encumbrances, HW1940, HFP, dedication

Submission of interim results in advance: map section, neighbour information, groundwater level HW 1940

Updating an expired official site plan: An expired site plan can only be updated once. Please state the application number of the official site plan to be updated in the application form under "Other information".

With information from the building department

  • Base price: 175 Euro
  • for each building plot: 15 euros

Without information from the building department

  • Base price: 110 euros
  • for each building plot: 15 euros

Map section with neighbour information

  • Map section: 45 euros

Additional costs of 61 euros per hour are incurred for extensive applications.

Updating an expired site plan

  • Basic price: 90 Euro
  • for each building plot: 15 euros
