An official site plan is required as an enclosure to the building application. There are three different versions. Depending on the type of building project, the

which version is required:

  • Map section with neighbours: Owner must be named under building owner.
  • Official site plan without details of the building department: map, neighbours, monument map, GB encumbrances
  • Official site plan with information from the building department: map, neighbours, monument map, GB encumbrances, HW1940, HFP, dedication

Updating an expired official site plan: An expired site plan can only be updated once. Please state the application number of the official site plan to be updated in the application form under "Other notifications".

Between 2 and 10 working days

Fees and charges

With information from the building department

  • Base price: 175 Euro
  • for each building plot: 15 euros

Without information from the building department

  • Base price: 110 euros
  • for each building plot: 15 euros

Map section with neighbour information

  • Map section: 45 euros

Additional costs of 61 euros per hour are incurred for extensive applications.

Updating an expired site plan

  • Basic price: 90 Euro
  • for each building plot: 15 euros
