The district administration department lends ballot boxes and screens for elections free of charge.

Description

Ballot boxes and screens can be borrowed free of charge from the electoral office for a maximum of three months.

Borrowing and returning:

  • Lending is only possible if there is free capacity at the electoral office
  • A hire contract must be completed before borrowing
  • Send the completed hire agreement and a proposed date for collecting the equipment to wahlamt.kvr@muenchen.de
  • The collection and return of borrowed items is only possible at the District Administration Office, Ruppertstraße 19
  • Important: Please arrange appointments to collect and return the equipment in good time (at least one week before the appointment)

Processing time

after receiving the tenancy agreement, the electoral office will contact the applicant immediately.

The hire of ballot boxes and screens for elections is free of charge.
