Course description

Anyone wishing to carry out advertising trips with authorised vehicles, bicycles or trailers where advertising is the sole or predominant purpose of the trip requires a special use permit.

Prerequisites

• The vehicle complies with the regulations of the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (STVZO)
• The attached advertising must not be illuminated
• No loudspeakers or other sound sources are used.
• No other activities such as the use of promoters or the distribution of flyers will take place in addition to the purely promotional ride
• Participation in traffic takes place in accordance with the German Road Traffic Regulations (STVO); in particular, obstructing other road users by stopping illegally or driving slowly for no reason must be avoided.
• The advertising vehicle will not be parked on public property.
