Guided tours of the fire stations
The Munich Fire Brigade offers guided tours of its stations to school classes, groups from clubs, organisations and companies.
Course description
Guided tours for children can only be organised for Munich primary school classes in conjunction with the "Fire safety education" teaching unit. One class can visit per date. It is not possible to consume food and drink at the fire station during the tour.
Teachers can use the table below to find the relevant fire station. Please only book a tour of the fire station there.
we offer guided tours for individuals or small groups (less than 15 people) at various centrally located fire stations on a monthly basis.
You will find the relevant dates, with the option to book, in the "Individuals or small groups" section below.
The tours start at fire stations 1 to 3 and 5 to 10 on Mondays to Thursdays at 9.30 am and on Fridays and Saturdays at 1.30 pm.
At Fire Station 4, the tours start at 10 a.m. on Mondays to Thursdays and at 2 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
The tour is free of charge and lasts around 90 minutes.
There are no guided tours on Sundays and public holidays. Guided tours are also not possible during the Oktoberfest. Unfortunately, we cannot offer guided tours for day-care centres, after-school care centres and similar facilities.
