Traffic offences and misdemeanours

Have you committed a traffic offence or misdemeanour for which you have been given points in Flensburg? You can find all the information here.

Description

General information

The traffic offences and misdemeanours entered in the driving aptitude register (FAER) at the Federal Motor Transport Authority in Flensburg are assessed with one to three points depending on their severity.

Above a certain number of points, the driving licence authority must take certain measures.

1. Stage:

Anyone who reaches four to five points receives a warning and information about the driving fitness assessment system. If a driving aptitude seminar is now attended voluntarily, one point can be reduced as a result.

2. Stage:

If you have six to seven points, you will receive a warning. A fitness to drive seminar can now also be attended voluntarily; however, no points can be reduced in this stage.

3. Stage:

If you have eight points or more, your driving licence will be revoked.

If you have any questions about the further procedure, you can contact us in writing.
