As soon as it is foreseeable that a publicly subsidised flat will be ready for occupancy or become vacant, the person entitled to dispose of it (landlord) must inform the Office for Housing and Migration. The expected date of readiness for occupancy or vacancy must also be communicated. The notification of vacancy is made via SOWON.
