Information on legal issues relating to housing, renovation and construction can be obtained from the fee-based legal consultations at the Bauzentrum München. The information is product-neutral and company-neutral. The consultations are conducted by lawyers and last 20 to 30 minutes.

  • The fee-based counselling service can only be used after making a binding appointment in good time.
  • Only individual issues can be dealt with during the limited counselling time.
  • The costs of the counselling will be invoiced directly by the counsellors.
  • The consultants do not receive a fee from Bauzentrum München.
  • Bauzentrum München accepts no liability whatsoever with regard to the content and consequences of the counselling sessions.

All important documents relating to the issue should be brought along to the consultation. This is the only way to make the best possible use of the limited consultation time.
