Information on legal issues relating to housing, renovation and construction can be obtained from the fee-based legal consultations at the Bauzentrum München. The information is product-neutral and company-neutral. The consultations are conducted by lawyers and last 20 to 30 minutes.
- The fee-based counselling service can only be used after making a binding appointment in good time.
- Only individual issues can be dealt with during the limited counselling time.
- The costs of the counselling will be invoiced directly by the counsellors.
- The consultants do not receive a fee from Bauzentrum München.
- Bauzentrum München accepts no liability whatsoever with regard to the content and consequences of the counselling sessions.
