Description

For the first-time proper construction (also for partial measures) of roads, the City of Munich, as the road construction authority, levies development contributions in accordance with the development contribution statutes.

If required, the Development Department will provide information, subject to a charge, on development charges already paid or still outstanding or to be levied in the future. For this purpose, it is necessary to state the property to be assessed and the parcel number.
