Recording competences for continuing professional development

We support you in becoming aware of your skills and strengths with our skills workshop in group and individual formats.

Description

Are you looking for a career change or a new direction? Our "virtual skills workshop" gives you the opportunity to take a closer look at your strengths. The four-part online workshop is based on the skills assessment, a method of skills-based career counselling. In the "virtual skills workshop", you will look at your biography, analyse important fields of activity and derive your key skills and abilities from this.

We also offer an individualised form of skills assessment. This takes place after an individual initial consultation and is dependent on the time available for educational counselling.

The online workshop "Virtual skills assessment" takes place at regular intervals. Prior registration is required. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of ten people.

Prerequisites

Willingness to engage in self-reflection and endeavour to deal with one's own biography.

Willingness to engage in virtual partner and group work and to work independently in the form of homework.

Duration & Costs

Fees
