Report political posters

If you see unauthorised or traffic-endangering political posters in the city area, you can report them here.

Description

Election posters and other political posters must be displayed in accordance with the provisions of the Placarding Ordinance, the Road Traffic Act, the Bavarian Road and Highway Act and the Federal Trunk Road Act.

If you notice posters that are displayed in an unauthorised location or in the wrong way, or that endanger road safety, you can report them by e-mail to plakatierungen.kvr@muenchen.de. The district administration department will then check whether an offence has been committed and take appropriate action.

A selection of the most common offences can be found as selection fields in the online form (under construction).

The respective party is responsible for the content of the poster. Only reports that object to an unauthorised display will be processed.
