Description
The spread of notifiable infectious diseases should be prevented by, among other things, providing comprehensive information to those affected.
- Counselling private individuals and private households regarding infection risks, infection prevention and measures.
- Counselling of community facilities such as kindergartens, schools, hospitals and retirement homes as part of the investigation of infection risks, hygiene measures, etc.
- Advice on gastrointestinal infections caused by viruses such as noroviruses, rotaviruses or bacteria such as salmonella, campylobacter, EHEC, advice on influenza, measles, meningococci.
- Initial counselling on lice and streptococcal infections etc.
- Telephone consultation with citizens on the occasion of our letter regarding a reported infectious disease.
