Official site plan

An official site plan is required as an enclosure to the building application.

Course description

There are three different versions. Depending on the nature of the building project, the local building committee will decide which version is required.

Types of plans:

  • Official site plan with details from the Building Department: map, neighbours, heritage map, land registry encumbrances, maximum groundwater level (HW1940), elevation benchmarks (HFP), land use designation
  • Official site plan without details from the Planning Department: map, neighbours, heritage map, land registry encumbrances; the owner’s name must be stated under ‘Other Information’
  • Map extract with details of neighbouring properties: the owner must be named under ‘Other Information’

Updating an expired official site plan: An expired site plan can only be updated once. Please state the application number of the official site plan to be updated in the application form under ‘Other information’.

​Official site plan with details from the Planning Department:

  • Base price: 175 euros
  • per building plot: 15 euros
  • with DXF section:
    • including two hectares: 100 euros (minus a 25% discount)
    • each additional hectare: 19 euros (minus a 25% discount)

Official site plan without details from the planning department:

  • Base price: 110 euros
  • for each building plot: 15 euros
  • with DXF section:
    • including two hectares: 100 euros (minus a 25% discount)
    • each additional hectare: 19 euros (minus a 25% discount)

Map section with neighbouring details:

  • Map section: 45 euros
  • with DXF – section:
    • including two hectares: 100 euros
    • Each additional hectare: 19 euros

Additional costs for extensive applications

  • Time required: 61 euros per hour

Updating an expired site plan:

  • Base price: 90 euros
  • For each building plot: 15 euros
