Further training counselling for people with health problems and disabilities

Free counselling for people with health restrictions and disabilities on career prospects, funding opportunities and funding bodies.

Description

We can advise you on the following topics by telephone, e-mail or in person:

Professional (re)orientation
We offer you support if you are no longer able to pursue your current profession due to physical and/or psychological limitations or if you would like to reorient yourself professionally. Together we will look for suitable solutions and alternatives for you and your life situation.

Further training opportunities
We can help you with the following questions:

  • What further training opportunities are there for me? Which programmes suit me and my personal situation?
  • Which qualifications can open up new prospects for me?

Funding opportunities and funding organisations
We will inform you about the following topics:

  • Benefits for participation in working life - contacts and routes
  • Integration assistance and support programmes for your career path

Skills assessment
Various methods of skills assessment help you to become aware of your abilities and strengths.

Among other things, we work with the skills assessment. The skills assessment is a scientifically based procedure for determining the skills you have acquired based on your professional and non-professional activities, your individual development, your qualifications and your learning experiences.

We offer the skills assessment in the form of a group workshop as a "virtual skills workshop". This programme takes place on four mornings or four afternoons at intervals of one week and is free of charge.

In individual cases and depending on our resources, we also offer the skills assessment in an individual format.
