Official medical assessment - examination eligibility

Students of law (law students) can have their examination eligibility assessed by the forensic medical service.

In principle, you must appear in person on the day of the examination.

Retroactive confirmation of a past illness is generally not possible.

Prerequisites

An official medical examination is only carried out if the applicable examination regulations prove that a medical certificate is not sufficient.

Required documents

  • Proof of the need for an official medical report (extract from the examination regulations)
  • The assessment is based on the examination findings obtained on the day of the examination. External medical reports submitted on the day of the examination can also be taken into account.
