The General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)
§ 1 AGG: The aim of the law is to prevent discrimination on the grounds of
- race,
- ethnic origin
- gender,
- religion or belief,
- disability,
- age,
- sexual identity
or sexual identity.
Required documents
None. Depending on the consultation, however, it may be useful to bring notifications, documents, the severely disabled person's ID card, previous correspondence, etc. with you to the consultation.
