Course description
We are the point of contact for Munich citizens and accept concerns, suggestions and complaints relating to the protection of minors. In many cases, we can take action ourselves and remedy the situation. In some cases, we have a mediating function and pass on concerns and complaints to the relevant authorities.
Questions & Answers
In this case, we need the medium and check it for indexing. If the answer is yes, we will submit a corresponding application to the Federal Centre for the Protection of Children and Young Persons in the Media.
