Funding for advice on all aspects of electromobility
If you commission a consultancy project on the subject of electromobility in the city of Munich, you can apply for funding.
You may only commission the consultancy service once you have received authorisation.
Double funding with federal or state funding programmes is excluded.
Prerequisites
General requirements:
- Consultancy services provided by electric mobility consultants listed in the funding portal or consultants with appropriate qualifications
- Consultancy for projects in the city of Munich

Required documents
- You can submit an application in the funding portal.
- All you need is an offer or a description of the counselling project.

Questions & Answers
Consultancy services on the subject of electromobility provided by qualified consultants are eligible for funding.
When applying, you can choose from all the consultants known to us. If you cannot find your consultant in the list, you can still specify him or her and add appropriate proof of qualification.
The consultation must include a mobility analysis, a technical presentation and a profitability calculation. Furthermore, a life cycle assessment and the funding opportunities must be shown.
Applications for funding can be submitted by natural and legal persons under public and private law and homeowners' associations.
The application can be submitted online on the City of Munich's funding portal. You will find the link in the "Links & Downloads" section.
The counselling service may only be commissioned after receipt of the approval following the application in the online portal.
Yes, a down payment counts as a commission and is only permitted after receipt of the authorisation following submission of the application in the online portal .
Consultancy services are funded at 80 per cent of the net costs.
The maximum funding amount is 4,500 euros.
Legal basis
The Climate Neutral Drives funding programme is a voluntary service provided by the City of Munich. There is no legal entitlement to grants. Allocations are made within the framework of the funds available under budgetary law.
