Information is also provided on psychosocial support, which is an important and stabilising help for every substitution patient in clarifying many non-medical issues.
After clarification of the formal conditions and with the consent of the visitor, the patient is usually referred promptly to qualified substitution treatment with a binding admission/presentation appointment.
