When reporting, please always state the exact location of the bike rack. Street names with house numbers or a precise description of the location are very helpful.

In the case of defective mobility stations for rental bikes, please contact the respective operators.

Bicycle racks may also be the responsibility of the Bavarian Palace and Lake Administration (English Garden and Nymphenburg Palace Park), Deutsche Bahn AG, MVG or private property.
