During the on-site checks, which are subject to a charge, we provide you with personalised and in-depth advice on issues relating to sustainable living, renovation and construction.

Description

The fee-based on-site checks offered by Bauzentrum München can address issues relating to sustainable living, renovation and construction in greater depth that cannot be dealt with in the free consultation services or fee-based intensive consultations (see there) or can only be dealt with conclusively on site. The consultations are conducted by experts and last between 30 and 120 minutes. The information is product-neutral and company-neutral.

  • Only individual issues can be dealt with during the limited consultation time. No planning services are provided.
  • For reasons of neutrality, no recommendations on products or companies can be given.
  • The costs of the consultation are invoiced directly by the consultants.
  • The consultants do not receive a fee from Bauzentrum München.
  • Bauzentrum München accepts no liability whatsoever with regard to the content and consequences of the consultations.

Prerequisites

The fee-based counselling service can only be used after making a binding appointment in good time.

Required documents

All important documents relating to the issue should be kept ready for consultation. This includes floor plans, sections and views, photos, calculations, chimney sweep reports, living and usable space calculations, energy performance certificates or energy passes as well as quotations and invoices. This is the only way to make the best possible use of the limited consultation time.

Duration & Costs

Fees

  • Private individuals: 90 to 180 euros including VAT and travel costs in the Munich city area
  • Commercial customers: 135 to 270 euros including VAT and travel within the Munich city area

A surcharge of 50 euros including VAT will be charged for travelling to the Munich area (S-Bahn area).
