Counselling in accordance with the Prostitute Protection Act

Description

We provide health counselling in accordance with Section 10 of the Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSCHG). This is a legal obligation for all persons who provide sexual services for money in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Among other things, we provide counselling on

• Contraception, birth control, pregnancy
• Risks associated with alcohol and drug use
• For persons under the age of 21, counselling is provided every 6 months.
• For people over the age of 21, counselling is provided annually.
• There must be no more than 3 months between health counselling and registration.
• Registration and counselling are often not possible on the same day; please make an appointment in good time.
• Due to local jurisdiction, we provide counselling to citizens who live or work in the city of Munich. All others should contact their local health authority.
• The subsequent registration takes place at the competent authority of the city, in this case the Munich District Administration Department.
• The registration certificate is valid for one year for persons under the age of 21.
• For persons over the age of 21, the registration certificate is valid for two years.
• Counselling sessions are subject to confidentiality.
• It is possible to use a certified interpreter for counselling, who is also bound to confidentiality. Special language-specific consultation hours are offered for this purpose.
• The certificate is also available with a pseudonym ("stage name") to protect private data.

Prerequisites

You must observe the following steps:

Appointment:

• Registration in room 410, 4th floor
• Pay the fee at the pay machine on the ground floor
• back to the registration desk in room 410

The health counselling will then be carried out.
