Description

as part of the City of Munich's "Social letting made easy" occupancy rights programme, two models are available that make it as easy as possible for owners to let socially. They receive support in terms of a stable and long-term tenancy and have flexible options to choose from: Depending on their interests, they can choose between different target groups, commitment periods and subsidy conditions.

  • Model I: Munich Model Eligible households
  • Model II: Households with low income

if required, Model II offers

  • Support from a specialised social service
  • Assumption of rent losses and rental damage

You have the choice of a single occupancy without a commitment or a commitment period of 15 years or more.
