Return counselling for migrants

Are you a migrant, EU citizen or do you have an unresolved residence status? Would you like to return to your home country? We offer counselling and support.

Description

If you would like to return to your home country, you will receive support from us. Counselling is free, anonymous, non-binding and open-ended.

Services:

  • Help with organising and preparing your return
  • Assumption of travel costs
  • financial assistance
  • medical care
  • Qualification programmes
  • Business start-up support
  • Referral to organisations in the home country

The amount of financial assistance depends on your individual needs and will be determined during the counselling sessions. The financial assistance only has to be repaid if you return to Germany permanently.

Even if problems arise after your return, you can continue to contact us: The Office for Return Assistance is available as a point of contact for up to 12 months after your departure.

Prerequisites

The offer is aimed at migrants living in Munich, people with unresolved residence status and EU citizens, provided they are in need.
