If you would like to lodge an appeal against decisions made by your pension insurance company, you can arrange a personal consultation appointment.

  • on possible legal remedies against decisions by pension insurance institutions
  • on the admissibility and justification of appeals against pension notices, including the filing of appeals
  • to apply for access to files

We will be happy to check the decision against which you wish to lodge an appeal in advance.

Prerequisites

  • You must live or work in Munich.
  • You must appear in person to register your objection, as we require your signature.

Required documents

  • Identity card or passport
  • National insurance number
  • Pension certificates or other assessment notices
  • Further evidence in support of the objection (if available)
  • If you are unable to come yourself, a person authorised in writing can obtain the requested information or documents and lodge an objection.
