on the decision issued by the respective insurance provider, including its review
on other possible legal remedies against decisions of your health and long-term care insurance, statutory accident insurance and on the law on severely disabled persons
on the admissibility and justification of appeals, including the filing of appeals
on applying for access to files

We will be happy to check the decision against which you wish to lodge an appeal in advance.

Prerequisites

You must live or work in Munich.
You must appear in person to register your objection, as we require your signature.

Identity card or passport
Notification of benefits or other assessment notices
Further evidence in support of the objection (if available)
If you are unable to come yourself, a person authorised in writing can obtain the requested information or documents and lodge an objection.
